1. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Graphonic Mnemonics, every product is designed, illustrated, and packed by hand in small, limited runs. We are a small, independent studio — not a large warehouse — and that shapes how we handle returns. We want you to order with confidence, so we've made a point of giving you the information you need to decide before you buy.

1.1 Most sales are final

Because our products are produced in limited quantities and prepared by hand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Before you order, we encourage you to explore the details on each product page, our FAQs, and our Learning Library — and to email us at info@graphonicmnemonics.com with any questions. We're always happy to help you buy with confidence.

1.2 Pre-orders

Many of our items are sold as pre-orders. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, our standard terms above apply. If a pre-order ship date changes significantly, we'll email you and you'll always have the option to cancel for a full refund.

1.3 Damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect items

We pack every order by hand and with care, so problems are rare. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@graphonicmnemonics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging. We review each of these personally and will work with you to make it right.

1.4 Non-returnable items

Gift cards, digital downloads, and any item marked "final sale" cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of our error (such as a duplicate charge or the wrong digital file).

1.5 Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear.
